Googles 10th aniversary project called ten to the power hundered project aims at bringing Ideas from all over the world onto a platform of evaluation and then implementing the best Idea from the group with a funding of 10 million.

This is a selfless deal from Google’s side and also from the person with the Idea as he stands to gain only the satisfaction of having helped. The concept of getting people to contribute Ideas before doing a good deed is not a new concept, but with googles reach this is a revolutionary implementation of the same.

Some are of the view that google is putting up a stunt to get a good boy image , but whatever be the motive this  is a good gesture. I personally am waiting eagerly for the top 100 Ideas to come up for voting. The submision date ends on the  20th of this month, and very soon the Ideas wil be scrutinized and top hundred selected. The concept of the Idea to have to affect maximum number of people is good because that take’s the concept of a slefless gesture , further. Let hope we see some truly innovative Ideas soon.
